We Locate the Official Record, Handle All Legalisation and Apostille, and Deliver the Death Certificate to You Anywhere in the World.
Our Two-Stage Process

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We charge in two separate stages: first the search, then the certificate.

Embassy Legalisation for Austria or Germany
If your Dominican death certificate will be used in Austria or Germany, a Dominican apostille may not be considered sufficient final proof of authenticity. In those cases, the certificate may also need to be legalised by the Austrian or German embassy in the Dominican Republic.
We charge US$95 for embassy legalisation for Austria or Germany. This includes the official embassy fee and our handling of the process.
Embassy legalisation, if required, adds US$95 to the calculator estimate.
At this stage, you only pay the search fee. Once we have located the death record and confirmed that the certificate can be issued, we will send you a draft printout for review and then invite you to pay for the official certificate and any optional extras.

In an average case, we can usually send a draft registry printout for your review within about 2 to 7 days, depending on how quickly the civil registry office can locate, digitise, approve and validate the record.
After you have reviewed and approved the draft printout, we will invite you to pay for the official certificate, apostille, shipping options and any translation or embassy legalisation services you require.
