Dominican autopsy reports
If you require a copy of an autopsy report of a family member or close friend who died in the Dominican Republic, please drop us a line on info@dominicancertificates.com.
For us to obtain a copy of the autopsy report, we must present the following back-up documentation at the National Institute for Forensic Sciences:
- death certificate of the deceased. We can obtain this for you.
- photocopy of photo-ID of the deceased (passport or driver's license etc)
- photocopy of your documentation (birth certificate or passport) which proves your relationship to the deceased, ie that you have the same surname or that you come from the same place etc.
The copy we send you will be a photocopy of the original autopsy report for information purposes only, and as such cannot be legalized or apostilled.
