Our two-stage system lets you pay as you go — first for the record search, then for the official certificate once it’s confirmed.

Stage 1 - Record Search

Pay only the search fee. We search for your birth record in Dominican civil registry offices. Once found we shall ask the registry office to digitise it, approve it, and apply for validation. Stage 2 - Certificate Delivery

After you approve the draft, pay for the official certificate. We obtain it with full legalization and apostille, then ship it via certified international mail (typically 2–8 weeks delivery).
