Lost Dominican connections


I am looking for my father. He is from Santo Domingo and his name is [redacted] and his mother's name is [redacted]. I think he might be in his 50s. That's all I know about him, can you help? Since most old Dominican records are not in the registry's database, it won't be easy to locate him.  The best starting point would be for us to locate YOUR birth record. If your father is listed on your birth record, we will find his cédula (ID card) number. If he is not listed on your birth record, then perhaps you know of other children or marriages of your father's from whose records we could obtain his cédula number. With his cédula number we should be able to search the cédula database, and find his latest cédula number and his address and telephone as they appear on the latest cédula.
